Birmingham Tent Hire were exceptional from start to finish. Danny truly went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. He was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire process, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Even with challenging weather conditions, Danny was willing to come out late to ensure everything was set up perfectly, which really put our minds at ease. His attention to detail and commitment to getting things right was outstanding. The quality of the tent, flooring, and overall setup was excellent — clean, well presented, and very professional. The heater system Danny recommended was fantastic; it kept the tent consistently warm throughout the event, and so many of our guests commented on how comfortable it was. Several people even said it felt like being inside a proper venue rather than a garden, which says it all. Birmingham Tent Hire completely transformed our garden into a beautiful, welcoming space, and the end result exceeded what we had imagined. Used Birmingham Tent Hire for pre wedding things in the back garden. Danny is a legend, really flexible, super helpful and will work with you to get the most out of the marquee. Highly recommend!

Thank you Danny for being so understanding and accommodating to what we needed. We chopped and changed plans endlessly up until our wedding events but no matter how many times we called, Danny always picked up the phone and was there to quickly resolve any changes we needed. Leading up to the wedding, Danny became a member of the family and his great advice always left us feeling reassured and grateful we chose Birmingham Tent Hire. Had the best day ever! The tent was bigger than we expected and it did the job for the size of the garden. I recommend getting the heater in cold weather.

Would highly recommend this tent company! Their communication is great, they set up the tent for us a few days prior to our event so we had a good indication on space. They also visited months in advance to scale the garden which was super helpful as they were able to give us a clear picture of the space we would have. The material used it high quality giving a very silk feeling and it looks super elegant. The carpet isn’t an ugly black or grey the nude pink really adds to vibe. They’re work is effortless, they helped themselves in to the garden as most of us were at work they gave pictures and videos throughout The lighting worked perfectly well The chairs are not overly bulky so don’t take up room They even set up the table and chairs for us exactly how we wanted them and hoovered the carpet before hand! Everything was exactly how I wanted it!
