Bismark is the BEST! As a female who knows very little about cars I’ve always felt very intimidated walking into a body shop . Bismark is so lovely and approachable and takes the time to explain things and tries to get parts at the best price if he can (which I so appreciate) I came in for a broken latch on my trunk. Bismark was so kind and had it fixed very quickly. I had to run errands and he even let me his car to go around! I highly recommend him in his team and trust them 100%. Genuinely lovely, hard-working people who deserve recognition and praise. 👏👏👏

Had a really good experience with Bismarck and the team. All were very communicative, friendly and reasonable. Initially thought the paint job for the car would take >3 days but they finished it and was ready to go in 1.5 days. Came back to my car thinking it was a new car. He also cleaned up the headlights for free. Will definitely come back again!

I brought my car to Bismark's shop after a car wash tore off the front bumper and damaged the fender, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, Bismark was incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative. He made the insurance process seamless and stress-free, handling everything with efficiency. On top of that, he went above and beyond by offering to get my car smog-checked while it was being repaired. When I picked up my car, I was shocked to find that they had included a free interior detail. It felt like a brand new car. The following week, when my small side window was broken into, Bismark offered to fix it at no cost. This is, hands down, the best auto body shop I’ve ever been to. I’ll be returning for any future repair needs (though hopefully not too soon). Thank you, Bismark!

Bismark and his team did a fantastic job with my Toyota Prius. It is an older 2002 model and another driver took off the front end while it was parked. Bismark replaced and painted the front fender and bumper and repaired and painted the hood and driver door to match. It now looks like a brand new car and I couldn't be happier. Very high quality repair and I highly recommend them.
