Fist time customer here today..and with my young daughter. Phenomenal customer service to say the least! We were greeted by a great lady who listened to us (more so my daughter) and helped us navigate the great offerings... The taste and quality of the products we purchased are second to none... it would take Great Grandma to march this! Highly recommend this business!

I have bought cupcakes and cookies there and they are amazing! Service is not so great. Last time I went, I asked for a cookie and then I pointed to the cookie I wanted - and the lady helping me gave me a look and then put the cookie I selected on the side and gave the cookie she selected into the wrapping paper. I didn’t say anything because I was a little shocked and didn’t have the courage to speak up.

I ordered 30 cupcakes for a baby shower and was very disappointed with how they tasted. While the cupcakes looked beautiful, the cake itself was dry and crumbly. As soon as I took a bite, the cupcake completely fell apart. I followed the instructions not to refrigerate them, but it didn’t make a difference. For the price, I expected much better quality. This was my first time ordering from here, and unfortunately, it will be my last.

I found my new cupcake spot 😍 I ordered a few dozen for my daughter's first birthday and was super impressed with the taste and quality. Will definitely reorder for future events. Also love the fun signature green packaging 💚

Our cupcake was amazing! Pleasant & friendly staff , everything went great. I was very impressed! The frosting was perfect! Not too sweet and did not distract from the flavors of the cake! I highly recommend Bitten
