Everything was great as always till the end came here last night for Mother’s Day enjoyed our dinner are server was fantastic could not ask for anyone better then here comes the bill. Your campfire feast has gone up for a while which I understand but to add a 3 percent service fee to my bill is not called for . Your are not some small business that is not making the money your restaurant does so it will be very hard if I ever come back to to this unnecessary service fee.charge . There are plenty of of other steak houses out here that we can go to with out the uncalled for service fee.

I placed an online order over $100.00. Delivery was about an hour. I understood cause it’s Mother’s Day weekend and it was approximately 6pm. The delivery time was not met. I get a notification that it would be 45 more minutes. I contact the delivery company to find out what was going on? While talking to them and almost 2 hours later, Black Angus cancels my order saying they couldn’t fulfill it! At this point they already charged my card which put the money on hold! Then have the nerve to say they didn’t charge me for the cancellation! This is not the first time they’ve done something like this. I will not make the same mistake a third time!

We’ve been to Black Angus Steakhouse a few times, and this location has always been clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. We usually prefer sitting in the bar area—it has a relaxed vibe that’s perfect for unwinding. The service has been consistently great. Staff are attentive, friendly, and make the experience enjoyable every time we visit. As for the food, it really depends on what you order. The appetizers are always a safe bet—especially the chicken tenders and potato skins, which are consistently delicious. When it comes to steaks, we’ve had mixed experiences. One visit, the ribeye was one of the best we’ve had—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and tender. On another visit, the ribeye was just okay, with a bit too much fat compared to the first time. That said, we still enjoy coming here, especially for a quick happy hour. It’s a great spot for grabbing a beer, enjoying some appetizers, and relaxing. Their mixed drinks are also some of the best, which keeps us coming back. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable place—great for casual visits, drinks, and good bar food, even if the steak experience can vary slightly.
