Very absurdly pricey for service, basic meals,and location. $18 for meatloaf, prime rib 26, seems a lil off on pricing. Huge newspaper menu, not wipeable or cleanly if they reuse them.

Stopped in for Brunch, the menu was large And saved in newspaper style. The interior was homey-rustic, but definitely chain decorations. It was packed however, so it seems to be very popular. We ordered the "Original Scarmbowl" and Veggie Omelette. Both were good. Very generous potions. Pros: Originality with food and menu. Very generous portions for a reasonable price.pleasant wait staff. Also the best biscuit I've ever had in my life. Cons Cons: Definitely a chain interior. Food, while good, was very neutral for flavor. Just a place to eat, normally I feel a vibe, here there was none. I realize in order to capture the most foot traffic, restaurant chains will make flavor neutral to not turn away people of differng tastes for spice, flavor, etc. That being said, if you're looking for a good place to eat, it serves the trick. We gave it a 6/10. It did the trick, but not high on our list.

Great town diner! The staff is excellent, making sure everyone gets served and very little waiting. The food was excellent and plates huge. You cannot leave hungry! Plenty of parking in front, back, and on the sidewalk of the building. The walls are decorated with all types of travel stuff, license plates, old photos all very kool. If in the area, stop by for a meal. You won't be disappointed.....

I've been coming to Black Bear for years but its about time I reviewed this place. Let me start off by saying I have NEVER had a bad experience here. Food has always been great and so have the people. We had Josh as our server today and he was great! The amount of food you get for the price is just amazing especially in 2025. If you love great hearty breakfasts or just want to have a relaxing lunch this is the place! Thank you Black Bear Diner for always being such a great establishment. Also don't skip dessert it's completely worth it here!
