Stopped by Black Bear Diner in Glendale and had an amazing experience. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food came out fast and fresh. I ordered the Country Fried Steak, and it was absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. The portion size was generous, and everything on the plate tasted homemade and comforting. Overall, a great meal with great service. Definitely coming back! 90/100

This was my 1st time being here in a couple of decades. Our server Tiffany was so nice and professional extremely knowledgeable with an impressive memory. The food was delicious and hot. The serving size was enough for me to take half my food home, this made the price point amazing. I will definitely return.

We stopped in for breakfast at Black Bear Diner and had a really great experience. The menu offered plenty of choice and we each found something we liked. The food arrived promptly and the portions were generous. I especially enjoyed the biscuits and the breakfast sides—everything tasted fresh and homey. The staff were friendly and kept the coffee coming. The atmosphere felt relaxed and family-friendly (which is perfect after a day off!). We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a hearty morning meal in a comfortable setting

I love this place already. Introduced by my friend yesterday. I had to come back again today for something else on menu. The waitress was so wonderful! She was refilling my drink exact and how much I needed. She remembers me from yesterday which was funny. She provided the best service and everything too! I wish this Black Bear Diner was in Boston area. 100% will return back here if I am ever in Phoenix again.

We went on a Thursday evening and it was absolutely fabulous. Our server Alex shared his experience with what was good on the menu depending on what we were in the mood for - great customer service! He refilled our drinks and stopped at the table twice to make sure everything was okay. When the food came, we said, "Wow!" The portion size was huge and the atmosphere was relaxed and casual. They had a charming jukebox and it was quiet enough to have a conversation. There was a very young couple that looked like they were on a date, and one or two with children... Wonderful place!!!
