I found Black Mountain Air after being repeatedly overcharged by our previous HVAC company for the same recurring issue. The second company we tried kept putting temporary fixes on the problem, and every few months we were stuck paying for yet another service visit. We were frustrated and wanted a family owned business that actually stands behind its work. Black Mountain Air was exactly what we were looking for. Their integrity shows. They truly care about their customers and I don’t mean that lightly. They took the time to diagnose the real problem, fix it correctly, and make sure we understood what was going on. Our furnace now runs more efficiently and is noticeably quieter. Their pricing was more than fair for the quality and scope of work. Robert and his associate were fantastic, professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. After our experience today, I won’t be using anyone else for my HVAC or plumbing needs. A breath of fresh air in this industry. Highly recommend!

Friends of mine have used this company for their house HVAC needs for well over a decade. Having what I'll refer to as "red flag" issues with the company I had been using, I decided to try out Black Mountain Air upon recommendation of this company from my friends. In summary, Black Mountain Air is now my new HVAC company I will contact first for future needs. I initially contacted the company via Yelp 'Request a Quote' and received a response in a timely manner. I also browsed the company website. I booked a 'Fall Tune Up' using their website online booking feature. I received an automated booking verification via the email and phone number I provided. I received email and text informing me of the name of the tech (to expect) and verification of appointment day and time frame. I received email and text reminders the night before and the morning of the scheduled appointment. Kyra was on time, personable, professional, and very thorough. She provided excellent service and answered all of my questions. She took pictures during the Fall Tune Up and upon completion shared the images with me and explained her findings (everything was good!). Payment for services rendered was handled upon completion of the service using a card reader. Kyra emailed me the invoice and receipts at the time of the transaction. I'm very pleased with services rendered. It's also a good feeling knowing that I'm supporting a family owned and operated local business. Win-win!
