This spot delivers on both flavour and atmosphere. The moment you walk in, the space feels modern, comfortable and welcoming. It’s perfect whether you’re meeting friends, getting some work done or just taking a quiet coffee break. I stopped by recently and was pleasantly surprised by how good the coffee was. It was rich, smooth and full of flavour. You can tell they really care about what they serve. The staff were just as great. They were friendly, attentive and happy to chat or make recommendations without feeling rushed

Great coffee shop in the heart of Cardiff, perfectly located opposite the bus and train stations. Lovely ambiance and atmosphere. The only downside was that the toilet was out of order during my visit, so I’m giving it four stars instead of five.

They used regular milk when I asked for coconut milk. Luckily I don't have an allergy. Also there were multiple drinks on the counter that all looked similar and when I asked the barista which one was mine she shoved it at me and some of it spilt. Also it was so expensive, £7 for a coffee? Never againnnn avoid at all costs.

This place is great for their matcha drinks but coffee is bad. Been there few times coffee is always so bubbly like they don’t give any care. I loved their waffles until i found this black piece inside as well undercooked. The staff look like they hate the job. The one by the market seems better.

Black Sheep Coffee in Cardiff offers a fantastic experience! The shop was spotless with a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. It’s very kid-friendly, even serving babycinos and delicious Norwegian waffles – we tried one with Biscoff, banana, and cream, which was amazing. We ordered a lions mane latte with coconut oil and a matcha latte with CBD oil (picture of our order included with prices). The staff were friendly and helpful, and the easy machine ordering system was efficient, offering lots of extras to customize your order. Clear menus, a great variety of seating, and accessible space made it perfect for families and those with mobility aids. The toilets were clean too. Highly recommend for a relaxing visit!
