Recently worked with the Black Swan team at one of our events in central London. The project required some high end video capture of speaking sessions that were taking place at the event, as well as needing to capture key moments for our latest promo video. Pre event, the Black Swan team were on point with ensuring they had all the information they needed to fullfil our requirements, with regular touch points. On the day, the team were efficient and dynamic with the delivery of their services and made sure we were kept informed throughout the day of the developments of the content being captured, but also worked independently enough to ensure minimal disruption to the flow of the day. The onsite team were very engaging and accommodating, not just to us, but with our attendees and clients, which had a great impact on the event. The post event production was slick and fast with the final outcome being delivered ahead of timeframes and beyond expectations. I look forward to working with the Black Swan team again later this year and am already mapping out our partnership moving into 2025.
