As a master baker of 36 years and bakery owner for 18 years, I have found my new favorite bread place, the sourdough was fantastic, a loaf didn’t last to long at our house, service was good, clean shop, this will be our weekly must go to for breads.

Is it so hard just to be nice? I was met with an eye roll when I wasn’t immediately ready to order. Grabbed a baguette, went to the checkout and asked if I could add two more croissants The look I received was of utter disgust I still tipped 15% for someone to do nothing more than hand me two croissants that were already made up and ring me up. I said thank you to the girl that grabbed the croissants. She just turned her head. Never received a thanks for the tip or for coming in and spending my money. My wife has brought things home from this bakery often, it was my first time visiting. Probably just continue going to Breadsmith based on how I was received today
