Great lawyers diffinitly recommend my case turned complicated i was rear ended bike destroyed with snapped bones the crooked insurance trying to take all my settlement to a lying cop report that witnesses statements proofed other wise they got me a better settlement then I thought id get. If u want a lawyer that will actually fight for u and do there jobs Blackburn and romey are diffinitly the ones to get they fight tooth and nail for u every step of the way and do all the hard work for u. Very impressed and highly recommend. I went through there fortwayne indiana branch again highly recommend and thank u guys I would be screwed down the river without a paddle without them.

Tom Blackburn & Jordan Ernst were AMAZING to have fight for me through a difficult time! Jordan was always around to answer any question i had, or give the best advice! She was quick with answering phone calls and or emails! They did everything they could to make sure my hospital bills were paid & also was able to receive a settlement for myself! I never thought the outcome of my settlement was possible, but they made it possible! I would highly recommend the both of them, i'm sure other members of their team is amazing as well! Best part is they dont get paid unless you do! No one wants to pay for an attorney to get hardly any help. That speaks their dedication if anything does! Hopefully no accidents occur in the future but, if they were too id most definitely hire them again!

While the process was long, all questions and concerns were always answered within 24 hours. Everyone I worked with was always so kind and willing to help. While I didn’t want to be in the position I was I’m glad I had Tom’s team behind me. I believe they worked every angle they could in order to get me the best outcome. These things take time and patience is key, but they are also understanding to the situation. If I ever needed assistance again I would call Tom and Alicia again.

First time experience in hiring an attorney for an auto accident my wife was involved in. The hospital bills were staggering. The Blackburn Romey team is professional in all due respects and provided outstanding support and counselling !!! The thorough communications and remediation was a blessing throughout the entire process. The legal representative Tammy Mc. was our point of contact working the case from start to finish. Tammy put her heart and soul into helping us tirelessly from day one to the closing !!! We just loved Tammy's personality and relentless work ethic in guiding us through this difficult time :) Blackburn and Romey is a firm anyone can trust with their life ! The only sad part was not winning the Harley Davidson sweepstakes (LOL) :) I would highly recommend Tammy in settling any case with Chad at the helm :)

Chad Romey is the kindest, most compassionate lawyer I have ever met. On the flip side, in court he is firm and methodical. I can't ever thank him enough. Or his wonderful team Rachel and Diane for their support and patience. He fought for my family, we finally have some peace thanks to Romey and team.
