Blissful Relaxation is exactly what I needed to escape the daily hustle. From the moment I walked in I felt the stress start to melt away. Being able to completely disconnect in their spacious float rooms was a game changer it allowed me to truly recharge both my mind and body at the same time. I left feeling completely revived, rejuvenated, and like a brand new version of myself. If you need time to pause and reset, this is the place to be!

I recently visited the float spa at Blissful Relaxation in Louisville and it was an absolutely rejuvenating experience! I’ve visited most float spas in the area and what makes this special is the facility was pristine, with a calming ambiance that instantly put me at ease. The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process with care and ensuring I felt comfortable. The float tank itself was VERY spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with perfectly warm salt water that made floating effortless. During my session, I felt a profound sense of relaxation as the weightless environment melted away stress and tension. The soothing music and dim lighting added to the serene vibe, making it easy to disconnect and fully unwind. After the float, I felt refreshed, with a noticeable reduction in muscle soreness and a clear, focused mind. The spa also offered thoughtful touches like a hair product salon with everything you need to get ready post-float, which enhanced the overall experience. I can’t recommend this spa enough for anyone seeking a unique, restorative escape. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! I also recommend the fire and ice session too! You won’t be disappointed! Well worth the drive from Indiana!

I get the sauna here and it's cheap and Nicole and her husband are great. The place is always spotless and clean. It's the only one in town you can take a shower right in the same room as the sauna, too. I want to try the massage next and then maybe the cold plunge, too.

This place is the best! If you haven’t tried floating, you definitely should. I always do a 90 minute float and follow it with 40 minutes in the infrared sauna. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The space is always very clean and the staff makes you feel very comfortable. A plus with the tanks they have, they aren’t a pod so I never feel claustrophobic!
