The review below is from 2019 after our first trip with Bliss RV. Since then, we have taken three other trips with Bliss RV, with our latest in June 2021. We cannot say enough about the wonderful job that Bliss RV does! As usual, the rig was spotlessly clean, perfectly appointed, and a joy to experience. All we had to do for our hotel-on-wheels was grab a few bags of groceries, and then we were off on our week of adventures along the California coast and among the glorious redwoods. We were so inspired by our last trip that we went home and promptly bought our own Leisure Travel RV! Ownership has given us even more appreciation for Bliss and their exhaustive attention to detail, from keeping the rigs cleaned and maintained, to having everything you need (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) exactly where you need it. These guys know what they are doing, and they do it flawlessly. You will not be disappointed with their exemplary customer service! Thank you! *****2019**** Wow! What an experience! There’s a reason every single review is a 5-star. Bliss RV is an experience not to be missed. My wife and I love to hike, but we end up spending too much time driving from hotel to trailhead on vacation, so we decided to look into renting an RV . . . and we are so lucky we found Bliss RV! Everything was handled to perfection -- booking our reservation, answering our nervous newbie-RV questions, walking us through all the operations – it truly was a Bliss-full experience! The Serenity was amazingly outfitted with everything we needed to truly enjoy getting away from it all! We loved the freedom to stay in campgrounds yet have all the comforts of home. Traveling on the highway was a breeze, and pulling over to whip up a tasty lunch in our perfectly appointed kitchen was far better than hitting the usual fast food places. Most importantly – we slept the best we had in years! It is very apparent that Conrad and Derek take great pride in keeping their fleet maintained and equipped to the highest standards. The whole experience – from reservation to return – was fantastic! Conrad and Derek are incredible hosts! We are already planning our next Bliss getaway!

If not for their having kept it up for years now, I would worry that Bliss RV would become burnt out by providing such exceptional service. Instead, I'm convinced this must be one of the best run businesses in the country. From my first call to them to ask very basic pre-sale questions, where they patiently explained everything I needed to know... To the middle of the actual trip, during which they responded quickly and clearly to texts/calls when we needed advice about RV logistics... And everything else, the experience was simply perfect. Beyond just "luxury", Bliss RV felt like deeply thoughtful personalized service. E.g. it's not "we've packed what you need for camping" -- it's extra blankets and towels since we have kiddos, a child-sized camping chair for our 4-year-old to enjoy sitting near the fire, curated age-appropriate DVDs for the TV since there's rain in the forecast one night, etc. Worth every dollar, and more.

What a great experience working with Jenn and her team at Bliss! When we had dumb questions about the RV or needed her to repeat something she was always quick to answer and available. The Leisure Van CB was exactly what we wanted and kept us comfortable during our trip through Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia National. She even arranged for a few extra special touches when we asked. The van was perfectly appointed, missing none of the modern conveniences you might think to ask for… Would definitely rent from Bliss again!

We had an absolutely exceptional experience with BlissRV — truly the best, easiest, and most luxurious RV adventure we’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully curated and executed with care. The RV was meticulously clean, and every detail was attended to, from the spotless interior to the fresh, cozy linens and bedding that made each night feel like a stay at a high-end boutique hotel. The RV was so well-stocked that we lacked for nothing — we didn’t have to bring or buy any extras, which was a huge convenience and stress reliever. In fact, there were items provided that we didn’t even know we’d need, and we ended up using them all. The orientation was thorough and informative, making us feel confident and comfortable before hitting the road. The Utility RL model was seamless to drive and use — smooth, intuitive, and designed with ease and comfort in mind. Knowing that Jenn was always available if we needed anything gave us tremendous reassurance and peace of mind throughout the trip. The pick-up and drop-off process was seamless and incredibly accommodating, tailored perfectly around our schedule and location needs — a rare and much-appreciated level of flexibility. Jenn's communication and service were top-notch: prompt, polite, warm, thoughtful, and always professional. She made us feel taken care of every step of the way, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. BlissRV has truly redefined glamping for us. This experience exceeded all expectations, and we’ll absolutely be returning for our next luxury RV getaway. From this point forward, we’ll be comparing every other vacation and customer service experience to the gold standard set by BlissRV — they are five stars all the way. Highly recommended and absolutely worth using for anyone looking for a seamless, elevated, and unforgettable travel experience.

I love everything about Bliss RV. Jenn is a gem and a pleasure to work with. We loved our unit and took it on a two-week road trip across several states. It's not cheap, but there are options for a budget trip, like Cruise America. If you want a Leisure Travel Van and to experience the best, look no further than Jenn and Bliss RV.
