Disappointed by inconsistent information and broken promises -- I purchased a membership based on specific terms explained to me by an experienced stylist who assured me I could cancel within the first month and still use one remaining credit. This assurance is what convinced me to sign up. When I called to cancel within the applicable window, I was told I'd been misinformed. However, the manager agreed to honor the credit since that's how the membership was sold to me. Two weeks later when I called to schedule, they reversed their decision and removed the credit entirely, refusing to honor what both the original stylist promised and what management had already agreed to. I understand mistakes happen, but once management committed to making it right, going back on that agreement feels like a bait-and-switch.

I’m still LOVING the Blo Blow Dry Bar after almost 5 years of being a Mane Squeeze Member and visiting weekly for years. Always LOVE my hair after Amber or Ashley work their magic!! The Blow Blow Dry Bar is AWESOME!!!!
