def wasnt a good experiance. first time PERFECT - had chloe . this time not so well. got a text about an hour or so before stating my person was out sick, so of course you dont want to assume the worst and i kept the appt . This 2nd time around , with a new girl, she assumed to use a straigtner for waves , and did use just that ,which why assume ? She even made the comment AFTER i saw how it looked: “ oh i shouldve asked before i just used the straightener to curl “ . so then we just “ tried “ to fix it with a curling iron for the waves, i showed her a picture of , but unfortunately, it still didn’t look any better , so I just told her it looked fine just to hurry and get out before i started to cry and go home and just try to fix it myself. $70 plus $20 tip just to pay for the girls time to “try” to fix it. :( so much for having a bomb blowout for a christmas party. .

Worst experience ever! I booked for a blowout plus braid, the moment I entered no one even greeted me, the two ladies in the front were discussing how they cannot do braid right in front of me. When I showed them the style I wanted they said that’s a updo and it would charge extra, no where in the website it is mentioned that braid included just a small little one on the side. I put in the notes that my hair is long, once I sat on the chair, the lady in the front came and told me since my hair is longer after an hour of the booked slot they would charge me $15 for extra 15 minutes. You could have mentioned this on the website. I would have set my expectations differently. Once I sat and the lady started the blowout, I mean come on, why would I pay if I wanted to something so basic, I asked for curls and she didn’t do curls at all. I had to ask to re do the curls again. She was literally pulling my hair how ever she wants. They didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was pregnant. My chair was pushed up and down however.I don’t have to spend money to get this experience. The only reason I left a one star review is because my stylist was patient enough to untangle my hair. It was work. And that is the only reason I left any tip. I would never go back again.

I had such an amazing experience at Blo Blow Dry Bar! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The space is clean, stylish, and relaxing—exactly the kind of atmosphere you want when you’re getting pampered. My stylist listened closely to what I wanted and delivered exactly the look I was hoping for. My blowout was smooth, bouncy, and held up beautifully all day (and even into the next!). They used high-quality products and took great care to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The whole experience felt effortless, efficient, and luxe. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Blo Blow Dry Bar to friends. If you want flawless hair and fantastic service, this is the place to go!

Kyla is the manager here and the one I always see for my blowouts. She has an outgoing personality, is friendly to her staff, is always upbeat, and excited about what new styles I want to try. This last time we did a side braid with huge curls. I looked like a Viking princess, and I got compliments everywhere I went during my vacation! She is always happy to get me booked, and I looked forward to my visits with her. My curls/braid lasted over a full week post-visit.

I had the most relaxing, fun and entertaining experience at Blo. The girls are full of personality, kindness beams, and they genuinely seem to enjoy what they do and where they work. Chloe was the most amazing and attentive stylist. Thank you for making my hair runway worthy. I can’t wait to come back.
