I got lucky and ended up getting the best tax preparer about 4 to 5 years ago and have always had her do my taxes ever since, even with the fact that this year I didn't get to personally sit down with her. We did it all over the phone and online. I got to speak with her via phone and messages and uploaded anything she needed. It was quick and simple; she always makes it stress free and I usually end up getting more than I thought.

Mrs. EVELYN MCCLAIN. has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to our taxes. She has helped us tremendously when it comes to our taxes and even my 401k. Her recommendations and resourcefulness, will keep us coming back year after year. Overall she is the best tax preparer that I have dealt with. She remembers my wife's and my name and where I work. Is always kind and courteous to our situation. She even told us if we have any trouble after we make changes to our w2 to give her a call so she can help us change it back. absolutely wonderful personality and service.

There is no reason to even think about going somewhere else to have our taxes done. Cheryl Bacon knows what needs to happen each year that we go to her. She is genuinely concerned about us not only as a client but as human beings, helping us think out the coming years by giving advice on things that we might want to take under consideration. And, explains things in a manner that makes sense to us as individuals. She is just the best and we recommend her very highly, and do so to our friends.
