I got a haircut and was really hoping to keep length because I’ve been growing my hair out for years. I emphasized the importance of keeping length. I got layers which is fine but my hair is sooo much shorter now and it feels like I’m almost starting over. The service was nice and the haircut itself was fine besides how much shorter it is. I just wanted to clean it up and get a trim
