I made a reservation for gel removal and then builders gel on my natural nails. Total was going to be $65 (when you make an online reservation it tells you the total and prices). When I arrived again I re-iterated I wanted removal and builders gel. I was asked if I wanted French tip. I asked how much for that and was told $15 and $95 with French tip, I said no because that’s way too much from the original $65 quote when reserving. I get my nails done (which btw the gel really hurt, I’ve never had hurt pain when getting gel nails before, like a super strong burning sensation) and when it’s time to pay I get told $85. I asked for a breakdown because I got removal and builders gel. Then I get told I got hard gel. I’m like no I asked for builders gel idk what hard gel is. Then they went on to say that I got hard gel on my natural nails, like I’m not a nail tech, if you guys can’t tell the difference between builders and hard gel then how do you expect me (not a nail tech or expert in nail stuff) to know what you are putting on me. Then you say you are sorry for the misunderstanding, but if you were really sorry you wouldn’t be trying to charge me for something I didn’t ask for. That was on you not me. Won’t be going back. Felt like bait and switch. Only giving 3 stars because the person who did my nails was kind and worked promptly. So tip to anyone going, make sure to ask for breakdowns of charges before you start and make sure to reiterate what you are asking for. Edit: bad quality, the “hard gel” fell off. So much for durability.
Clean place, but honestly my pedicure didn’t last a week without breaking. Also my nail tech hurt me a couple times. For 90$ I had hoped my French pedi would’ve lasted more than 6 days. I got them done on Tuesday and my big toes chipped and you can see where she cut me around my cuticles
I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years— it is a clean shop and the staff is friendly. Good quality nail service and if I’ve had a nail break or need something fixed - they will take care of it at no additional fee.
They’re amazing!! So sweet, patient & really take their time with you so you’re happy with your nails. They’ve done an amazing job with my nail art & I can’t wait to keep coming back. Also, affordable & they’ll stay late just to make sure your nails are perfect 🥲🥹
MORE than positive experiences both times I have visited so far! Very convenient that they accept walk-ins, as I was welcomed without an appointment both times I called ahead. During my first visit, Emma took excellent care of my long natural nails. She completely understood what I wanted and was very gentle while repairing and shaping them beautifully. I was so pleased with her work and will definitely be requesting her on my next visit. My second experience was equally positive, with a technician who I believe was the manager. She seemed to be efficiently managing phone calls during a particularly busy time at the salon, and while I unfortunately didn't get her name, she did a fantastic job redoing all of my nails and shaping them perfectly. I am especially delighted with the acrylic overlay and the clear gel finish she applied. Both experiences have given me confidence that any client visiting this salon will receive excellent care, regardless of the nail technician they are paired with. The craft and pricing hit all the marks for me! Thank you for the wonderful service!
