Wonderful experience. Verlon arrived within an hour of my phone call saying our furnace was not working. Quickly diagnosed and explained what he thought the issue was. Replaced flame sensor and checked CO 2 for safety and had furnace working properly all within 2 hours. Very happy and highly recommend Bloomington Heating and Air.

Our furnace died several years ago during a bitter cold snap. Bloomington Heating came to our rescue as soon as they could. The sales rep was terrific at explaining our options. And Cody and his coworker were great at installing the furnace and later the air conditioner when the weather allowed. Cody rescued us when the furnace died a week ago. Not their fault. We need a new, upgraded fuse box. We appreciate their quick response and professional service. And Cody is a fun guy. I can highly recommend this company.
