Never coming back! This was my dentist for about 10 years. First, Dr G and my hygienist moved practicing majority of their time at Morgan Hill location. Then continuous pressure for a bunch of non-essential dental work. Then cleaning appointments were reduced to very sparse and inconvenient slots. Then a severely botched crown. Then issues with insurance, some sleazy claim practices of in/out-network but lying to me they were still in-network, but under a different name?! The “blossom cherry on top” was when I came in for a cleaning and was left in the chair unattended for 1 hour! No communication, no explanation, all staff ignored me as they walked by. I got up and went to the front desk. No compassion, no apology. I wrote an email to the Dr owner, she never responded. But they have the audacity to still call/email me 2 years later — pushing dental work and cleanings. A disaster of epic proportions.
