**This review can't speak to the quality of their services but I must say something about their communication practices** I e-mailed this company requesting a quote. They got back to me after a few minutes. Reasonable price. They even e-mailed me the next day asking if I wanted to go ahead with the job as they had a slot open up. I decided not to go ahead with the job and informed them. Overall, fine interaction. Later in the year I shoot them an e-mail requesting a quote for a different job. Two weeks go by, no response. I resend the e-mail. One week goes by, still no response. Weird. Maybe they're on vacation or my e-mails are ending up in their junk folder? I filled out the contact form on their website, hit submit, and received a response less than a minute later asking for photographs and details of the job site. Great! I responded to THAT e-mail with pictures and details. And I figured, Hey since my messages are getting through via their contact form I'll message through that again just to let them know that I replied to their e-mail and to verify receipt. I get a response, again arriving less than a minute later. Their response confirmed receipt of my message and then proceeded to ask me again to send over pictures and details of the job.... If you received my response then why are you asking again? It was the exact same paragraph too... So then there was my clue... This whole correspondence was between me and a generative A.I. chatbot.... I'm happy for everyone who's gotten great service from this company but using a chatbot to give the illusion of fast response times is very dishonest. **EDIT 12/12/2025** Thank you for reading my review and for your response to it. I never received an e-mail that indicated your website's contact form is intended to be a one-time method so I unfortunately was not aware I should not return to or rely on it. After I confirmed the proposed job date & time (in retrospect, mistakenly) with who I believed to be a person via the contact form, I was regrettably away from my inbox for a little over a week. By the time I saw and responded to your appointment reconfirmation request, the job date & time was only 3 days away, so I wasn't surprised if this appointment had been removed from your work calendar already. I still would have liked an acknowledgement though, such as: "Sorry, your response was too late and we had to remove the job from our schedule." I still hope you reconsider your use of generative A.I., no matter how small or minimal, as the far-reaching detrimental ramifications of it in several industries & sectors and on the environment deserve contemplation. Overall, I respect your attempts to progress this project at the time. You did what you could with the information you had. Thank you again for your review and reflection on this experience.

We found Blossom on a poster near our house and called them on a whim. We're SO GLAD we took the chance with Wyatt and his team! From the initial meeting and quote to the execution of our backyard, Blossom was incredibly efficient, professional, and meticulous. They were able to completely transform our backyard (an uneven pile of dirt, trees, and unruly plants!) into a fully landscaped lawn and garden for our young kids to play in. We were blown away by their efficiency and how in just three days, we had a beautiful, grassy, flower-bordered backyard! Finally, I was so impressed with the kindness Wyatt and his team showed to my kids, who were often hanging around and digging in the dirt as the guys were working. All of the team took the time to chat with and entertain our kids, which was unexpected and unnecessary but a very memorable part of the process! Very happy I chose Blossom Landscaping for my new sod installation. The team provided a clear and fair quote, arrived on time, and completed the work efficiently. My backyard access isn’t the easiest, but they handled it without any issues. Excellent workmanship and five-star service!

I hired Blossom Landscaping to bring my front and back garden space back to life. They trimmed all the existing hedges and removed all the overgrown plants. They transformed my weed ridden grass area to a low maintenance beautiful garden with hydrangeas, ferns, heather, lavender and decorative grass. They provided me accurate estimates and detailed designs prior to starting the reconstruction. There were no hidden costs and no surprises. They started the work on schedule and finished in 2 days.
