I went in a few days ago 65 for the hour. Gia was on her phone for half the massage and could not take a hint. I left unsatisfied and she still asked for $100 before I could leave. I will not be coming back.

I booked a massage and then came in for it the next day where they asked me to wait another 45 mins because they had walk ins that they let come in before me. The massage itself was fantastic! The price was great too, but the fact that i also had booked 90 mins and only got an hour still effected my experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked a massage with this place a month in advance. I got a reminder about my appointment. I arrived to my appointment and nobody was up front to greet me, the whole place looked pretty sketchy. An employee walks out of a room and tells me they are busy, I explained that I had an appointment and I was told they were busy and to come back another time. Horrible customer service and will not be back.

I have been to this business several times and always received a good massage. However, after making an appointment and being turned away on the day of that appointment because they didn't have enough staff, I will not be returning. Additionally, asking for payment before a service has been provided, especially something like a massage, is poor practice. I would not pay/tip for something sight unseen and they should not be asking their customers to do that.
