Came in for a massage and right away there was a lady bombarding me to pay and demanded that I give a $20 tip before I had the $65 service. When I got into the room, it was dank and park of the ceiling panels were missing. There was also only a thin sheet to cover myself in, and with the lighting in the room, it seemed like it was likely you could see through it. A male massage therapist walked in wearing sweats and a Tshirt. I was very uncomfortable with how little I was covered and the massage seemed like he was just winging it. I was so uncomfortable that I ended the massage early and rushed out of there. I've never had an experience like it.

This is an outstanding place for a massage. As is often common with Asian massage places, communication can be difficult. To my great delight one of the staff members was ready with her translator app so that communication would be easier. I was a walk-in and had no trouble getting in. I had an hour long massage. Blossom spa creates a very relaxing environment. In the room the lights are dim, it's somehow the perfect temperature, and then you lay down on the massage table only to be surprised to find that the table is heated. This is the first business where I have experienced a heated massage table, so now I will want one everywhere I go. Linda gave me an extremely professional, incredibly relaxing massage, and she could not have been more pleasant. I have read some of the comments, especially the one star ones. One of the reviewers never even came to the establishment; their only interaction was a phone call according to the reviewer. Based on that single phone call, the reviewer gave them one star. It is sad such an uninformed review is given as much weight as the multitude of five-star reviews Blossom Spa has received from actual customers. Some of the other non-five star reviews primarily seemed related to the business's online booking system. I did not use that so I can't comment on it. I will try to avoid the online booking process. As I stated above, I was a walk-in and had no waiting period. I cannot recommend this business more highly. Thank you for reading the review instead of merely checking the star rating. Hopefully most people will do so. The prices are the standard prices throughout the city; they don't vary much. Quality certainly does. My own massage there was outstanding, and I will most certainly be going again. Finally, I want to say thank you especially to Linda for such a great massage!

My fiancée and I scheduled appointments online for a couples massage at 4:30 PM. When we showed up we were met by a screaming lady telling us that we would have to wait another 30 minutes for someone to show up for the massage. We waited then they came in and asked for us to pay and tried to charge us $190 for a $120 massage. I told them no and finally they agreed to $120. They then insisted I tipped $40 prior to any service being completed. Once we got into the actually massage it was pretty decent other then both people giving massages left multiple times and were yelling in Chinese at each other which clearly is against there rules posted on the wall. My fiancées masseuse did not pick up on the fact that she was being far too rough causing a lot of pain. After the massages they started yelling at me to tip them more after I had already tipped before the massage which was breaking another of there rules posted on the wall. The whole place smelled musty and they lights in the room was a night light covered by a cleaned. Overall would not recommend. The price isn’t bad but the service is awful.

I recently visited Blossom for a massage, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming—soft music, warm lighting, and a clean, peaceful environment that immediately helped me unwind. My therapist was professional, attentive, and skilled. She checked in about pressure and focus areas, and the massage itself was thorough and incredibly relaxing. The combination of stretching, deep pressure, and fluid techniques melted away a week’s worth of tension. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and more centered. The staff were friendly, the room was spotless, and the overall experience felt thoughtful and well-managed. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Blossom to anyone looking for a high-quality, rejuvenating massage.

The massage was absolutely amazing. It helped relieve all my tension and made my entire body feel completely relaxed. The technique was excellent and clearly done with great skill and care. I left feeling refreshed, restored, and can’t wait to come back!
