I had to replace an old HVAC system. It was still working, so I had time to get quotes from several different companies. Out of all of them, I chose Blue Dot and am so glad I did. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I got a great system for a great price. Kristin walked me through the process and was so helpful in finding the right financing for me. Juan and the installers were very professional, respectful and clean! I love my new system and I'm so glad I went with Blue Dot.

After being left high and dry by another contractor that wouldn't stand by their work, I cold-called Blue Dot. Juan came out on a holiday weekend to try to get us squared away. Juan, Danney, and Brent put forth stellar customer service to resolve our issues quickly and professionally. Juan went the extra mile to get us the best price possible on a costly repair project. THIS is a company that does business the right way and is genuinely interested in taking care of their customers and neighbors. Thank you!

Juan at Blue Dot is very professional and has excellent customer service skills. He came to our house and assessed the situation and explained everything that needed to be done. He was very helpful by addressing all of our questions and concerns. Juan and his team is very knowledgeable, have a great work ethic and do quality work. Kristin and Norma provide outstanding customer service by explaining the process and work completed. Juan his team were very thorough and cleaned up everything after the work was finished. Blue Dot has a great team of technicians and warranty for work performed on your home. Juan and his team are the best in San Antonio.

We had an amazing experience with Blue Dot Air Conditioning! Juan was extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable — he got right to work and had our office A/C back online within just a couple of hours. Kristen in the office was also super helpful and kept us updated every step of the way. They truly saved the day! Such great neighbors and a great local business. I first called for an estimate. Excellent customer service and Juan and Kristen really know what they are talking about. Made me feel secure and educated on what all needs to be done. F/U to today: So even though I have a home warranty, I still chose Blue Dot to replace my AC indoor and outdoor. They were a little higher than my warranty estimate (because warranty gives a discounted rate but quality is suspect) and it’s quality I look for and response plus customer service. The installers (Greg and his assistant Ralphie) were professional, efficient and clean! The AC works great and I’m really very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Shout out to Norma who answers the phone and has to listen to my stories. Ralph and Zane came later to help me with my thermostat and super nice and professional. But overall every person I was in contact with were wonderful. Thank you Juan!
