Taken here by friends. We started with the Trio Sampler. I had the chilli lime shrimp street tacos. They were excellent and giant portions. Try the Jalapenos Nortenos and the Momias. They are know for their street tacos. Check out the atmosphere. I really liked this place. If you like this type of food, you will like it too.

I went here on a Thursday night , reservation for 6 for a birthday dinner. They weren't super busy so we got there at a perfect time. As soon as we walked in we were seated and our server came out, friendly and smiling. She helped us with drinks, I chose the strawberry margarita. Let me tell you something... that margarita was delicious and had me feeling nice. It was just enough. Then our appetizer/starter came out, a Trio sampler. This is absolutely enough for 4 people. It is queso, creamy guacamole, salsa and a large pan of gmo corn chips. (Tortilla chips) the salsa and queso sauces had a little kick to them, but the guacamole was more mild. All three tasted really good too. My entree was a veggie bowl that had a mix of greens, black beans, cilantro rice, pico and I put the sour cream on the side. I didn't even eat it. I'm glad I didn't cause my bowl was delicious without it. Last but not least, the vibe in here was beautiful, there's a lot of cinco de mayo day of the dead decor that make awesome background

ARI our server was great! The food was fantastic. I ordered the chipotle mushroom street tacos with refried beans and Mexican rice. It was fantastic. I don’t think I’ve tasted anything better. I don’t eat meat. They had some fantastic non-meat street taco options so you’ve gotta check it out. You can see the photos of our choices. By the way, the margaritas were fantastic. We came at happy hour and ordered the Cadillac and lime. Margarita. Make sure you got a designated driver for the Cadillac. That’s all I’ve got to say

My friend and I stopped by Blue Habanero for lunch on a Monday afternoon around 2:30. The restaurant had a great vibe ! A nice ambience and a few people at the bar, but we were the only seated table when we arrived. The hostess was very friendly, and our waiter took our order quickly. Drinks and food came out fast, which was expected given how slow it was. That said, after the initial service… our waiter completely vanished. No drink refills, no check-in on how our food was, nothing. We ended up sitting with empty glasses and finished plates for about another 10 minutes before flagging down another waitress (who was super sweet!) to ask for to-go boxes and the check. The food itself was fantastic, tacos were delicious and came out quickly. It’s just unfortunate that the service dropped off so hard, especially with so few guests in the restaurant. Not sure if it was a shift change or something else, but it definitely took away from the overall experience.
