This is the second time this company has stolen from my house. The first time was a year ago they replaced the items and so I gave them a second try, all was good when I had the same cleaner. I got a new house cleaner and they missed a whole bathroom, did not sweep or mop. Had another cleaner come and I had items missing from my house. I called to complain and was told “no one opens drawers and if it’s missing, then you probably misplaced it”. Lack of professionalism and accountability. I was a client for over 2 years, there have been some mistakes but nothing major that I needed to find something else, but this is ridiculous and I would not make up something like theft. Absolutely horrible. They always say the rotate cleaning to get different parts of the house every cleaning but that NEVER gets done. Keep your money and go elsewhere.

It is always a great experience to have my house cleaned by a very congenial lady. Not only does my house look 100 percent better, but I feel like I have made a friend. Hailey is always on time , courteous and works steadily to get the job done.

Grateful for the cleaning we just received from Blue Jay Cleaning Services! If pictures could smell, you’d enjoy them even more! Madison did an amazing job cleaning my home. She is thorough and pays attention to every detail—even rolling up blankets and making the beds look perfect. Beyond her excellent work, she’s also such a genuine, authentic, and sweet person. Highly recommend her and Blue Jay Cleaning if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about what they do!
