I love going here - axe throwing makes a great day or afternoon out with the girls. The staff is friendly and helpful and there are lots of game options when throwing. Great way to burn off a little steam!

We just had our office party at BLUE OX OREGON CITY and we all had a fantastic time. JR was super friendly, made some yummy drinks (and catered some yummy food from the Hillsboro location) He also gave us some helpful tips on how to throw the axes. We would definitely come here again!

We had a blast! Staff was helpful and gave us pointers for our first time. I especially enjoyed the throwing stars. They had regular targets and games as well. We definitely will be back!

We had a great time here celebrating my fiancé's birthday. There were lot of fun options for the targets, including rotating targets, paying tic tac toe, 'killing' zombies, and a lot more we didn't get a chance to explore. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and fun! They had a full bar and the atmosphere was great, with music and multiple tvs showing sports or classic movies. Definitely will be back!

I came in to throw, so I can only speak to that aspect. That being said, I had come alone and the staff was kind from the moment I came in. Everything was explained well, with each implement having its own handling and starting place. Not only did I throw axes, but there were also throwing knives, a throwing star, a wicked difficult piece that I don't even know how to describe it, and the saw blade (which was easily my favorite). I had booked the last appointment of the night and had some extra pointers and conversation with the staff, who again, were super patient, kind, and welcoming. Before I left for the night, I asked about a league and found out that there's a ladies axe throwing meet on Wednesday afternoons/evenings. I'll definitely be considering it. Whether you're looking for a date night or soloing, you should come to this local spot. Ask about the saw blade!
