Recently I had the privilege of working with Blue Pot Catering as a wedding coordinator with The Perfect Touch KC. Their team was amazing! They were on top of the timeline and just jumped right in without being prompted or asked. They even took our rentals (Chargers) off place settings and cleaned them for us! I highly recommend their team to anyone looking for a caterer!
As a wedding vendor, working with Blue Pot is always so incredible so when it came time for my own wedding I knew Blue Pot was the caterer for us! Their staff is so wonderful and professional and their food is so so amazing! The tasting experience we had was also such a fun experience and we got to take home the most amazing chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had. We have had countless guests of ours reach out to us to let us know how good they thought the food was and how great the staff were during our wedding! We can't thank Chef Mark, Danielle, and the entire team at Blue Pot Catering enough for the incredible meal they provided for our wedding! A month later, our guests are STILL raving about the food — many came up to us during the reception to share how much they loved it. Catering was such an important part of our wedding, and Blue Pot truly exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, Chef Mark and Danielle worked with us to customize the perfect menu for our guest choice plated dinner for 200 people. They were professional, accommodating, and so easy to work with. We were especially thrilled that they are one of the few caterers in KC who cook on-site, and everything was executed flawlessly. If you’re looking for top-notch catering for your event, we highly recommend Blue Pot Catering. They absolutely knocked it out of the park!
Blue pot catering is my go to for catering work lunches for the team! Blue Pot’s food is always so fresh, delicious, and healthy with plenty of options to cater to any dietary preferences! I know what I’m feeding the team fuels them to be their best selves! Danielle is always a breeze to work with and so responsive and creative on figuring out the best options for our group! The delivery team is always on time and sets up nicely! Their chocolate chip cookies are also always a crowd fav that I often crave them!
Working with Blue Pot for our November 11, 2023 wedding was a breeze! We loved their appetizer and brunch options, which were a perfect fit for our morning ceremony and felt the cost was very reasonable for the quality of food and service. They were responsive throughout the planning process and worked closely with our planner as the big day approached. They promptly issued a refund when an error in billing was discovered. When we found out our venue closed just 9 days before the wedding, they coordinated with Supply Events to bring pedestals for the ceremony since the new venue was farther away. We had a number of last minute cancellations and in order to avoid a lot of leftovers, we asked if they could donate the boxed lunches originally planned for the vendors so they could eat the buffet. The only issue we experienced were items started to run out by the time the last table went through the buffet. The food was delicious and set up beautifully. The staff was kind and courteous. Our guests still talk about the food and service! We highly recommend Blue Pot for any catering needs.
