Amazing experience at Blue Sushi Sake Grill! The atmosphere is modern, stylish, and very welcoming. The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, with so many creative roll options and great vegan/vegetarian choices too. The drinks were well crafted, and the service was excellent friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything from the flavors to the vibe made this a place I’d happily come back to again. Highly recommend for sushi lovers! 🍣

wow!!! everything we had (spicy edamame, crab rangoons, crunchy crab roll, and chicken lettuce wrap) was so amazing! the happy hour prices are very good as well!!

I try to leave only constructive and positive feedback for restaurants, but this is not traditional Japanese sushi. The rice is very sticky, the portion of rice varies from piece to piece, and the rice is not seasoned with vinegar. If your date is knowledgeable about sushi, I would not recommend bringing them here. If you are not very familiar with sushi, however, you may still enjoy it.

Super fast service and the crab coconut soup was delicious. But the sushi was smaller than expected, the fish on the rolls was just a tiny piece on top, not wrapped around or even covering half the roll. I thought the price was fine until I saw that most of the filling was cucumber and carrots. How is it possible that a salmon roll has more vegetables than fish? Nice and big interiors

Our waitress Bella was so sweet and very attentive! The food was amazing! Get the ceviche! We tried the truffle salmon based on reviews and we were disappointed! My husband tried the snow white roll and I had the thriller roll, both we phenomenal. We also had a house salad and hot stone with beef and were pleased. Also get the itchy sea bass! The sonoma Chardonnay was 💯! Will definitely be back!
