Fast and friendly services from the employees at the front desk to the employee that helped me, took me about 15 minutes to get my TWIC card and fingerprints done.

I don’t know how this place has nearly five stars. When my call was answered, I had questions. I couldn’t finish asking before being interrupted about how they do things. Tried asking the same question after letting them talk and was interrupted halfway again. I’m using my lunch hour for this. I arrive and again ask a question and I’m greeted with some attitude/sarcasm. John was the person who did this. Last time I’ll use them for anything, if it’s not a necessity or you can get printed elsewhere, do it elsewhere and save yourself the little attitude. Edit: I was taken in a bit later than my appointment time, but Duncan totally saved the day. Awesome dude and was more than attentive and helpful. Even shared some personal opinions and stories. Great dude. I’ll change my review for him, but John still sucks.

I had a few permit jobs to print these last few days. I’m very grateful for how fast they were able to have them for me (I was only in town for a short time). Saw other repeat customers come in while I was there. Lifesavers. Friendly and professional. Thanks!
