Get these dangerous truck drivers off the road. Two Blue Water Towing trucks ran the red light while I was in the cross walk at 7th and Market and almost hit and killed me.

This company seems to not have any type of courtesy or professionalism. One year ago they were going to tow my car. (Prius 2008 hybrid). And what's very interesting they didn't lift or pull my car 3 inches from where it was parked. And they charge me a drop fee of $150.00. while putting in their so called "chain hooks" to tow my car. They torn apart my (ABS, VSC, and Brake) sensor from the back left. Which I will provide in a picture. The workers are rude and insulting. Which I will also provide a picture as well. I took my car to their location on Chelsey street. Said nothing happened. Well it did unfortunately they won't take responsibility for their bad handling on other people's properties. But one thing I know is work is work. Yes! But also giving opportunities and not treating woman differently than man and not thinking you have more of power than others. This company isnt registration with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) so you won't be able to complain to them. Although, you may be able to complain to the Blue Water headquarters. I doubt they'll do much about it. To run a good business let's not jeopardize our own business, and compete with other towing companies. Instead, be more comprehensive and be equal with both men and women. And never underestimate people who looks deeper to get more information than what you think. Money isnt everything you know. Your here now and the day of tomorrow you don't know. ✌️

This is hands down the worst towing experience I’ve ever had. I went to Blue Water Towing after the police waived my towing fees and gave me a releaser form. I calmly tried to explain the situation, but the man at the front window refused to listen, kept saying “pay, pay, pay,” and slammed the window in my face twice. When the supervisor came out, he pretended nothing happened and then lied, claiming my card was declined — even though he never took my card or attempted to charge it. On top of that, when I called their dispatcher, she hung up on me multiple times, showing zero professionalism or respect. To make matters worse, when the police showed up, they started siding with the tow company and lying too. Instead of helping, it felt like everyone was trying to corner me into paying money I didn’t owe. This company is unprofessional, rude, dishonest, and manipulative. If you ever have to deal with them, record every interaction, bring all documentation, and protect yourself. They will try to take advantage of you if you’re not careful.

0 stars. These people illegally towed my car from a spot without signage that it was a tow away zone. Photos and videos prove there’s no signs. Still attempted to charge $750 to return the vehicle. Eventually talked them down to $420??? Police suggested small claims court. These people are criminals and should not be in business.
