I just wanna say that it was my first time goin to this place and I might go in the future. what an amazing job Lauren did on my hair!!!! It was such an amazing experience, I expressed on how Ive had only bad experiences before, but we worked together and she turned my hair 360, she was SO NICE, and helpful and rlly let me tell her what I didn’t and did like for my hair. She did it so good to match the photo and WOW! Did my hair turn out soooo amazing! PS: if ur a hijabi then this is an amazing find, rlly accommodating , they used a blinder thing to cover while gettin my hair done, so if ur a hijabi def commend this place.

Recently went here to get my hair colored and cut. I’ve always went to the same salon but my hair stylist is on leave, so I decided to try someone different. Riley was very kind and did a great job on my color but my hair cut… I asked for my hair cut to be around my chest area, and it’s a little past my shoulders and choppy! My bangs do not blend in with my hair. I gave it a couple days to see if I can adjust to it but definitely NOT happy.

I've been here twice so far and saw Lauren both times. My first appointment went pretty well I didn't leave super happy but I left content with the way my hair was seeing as how next time we could have put a little more dimension in my hair to make it the style that I was desiring. I really don't want to write this review when I hate to write bad reviews but my second visit to the salon didn't go so well I'm going to add the picture of what I've been trying to go for and pictures of what I actually left with. I really like a big chunky highlights that you can actually see to you when you look at my hair you can see the thicker highlights in my hair. I have some but as you will see in the picture my hair looks literally one solid color almost. I also have a lot of gray spots on my roots. Which according to her is just perfectly fine to leave us alone with Grace back all over your hair. I called to go back and see what could be done about my hair and Lauren was very argumentative with me trying to dismiss my every concern and make it seem like I just didn't know what the heck I was talking about which really upset me. She said we could have it done again but I would have to pay for the product! But I've already paid over $200 to have my hair done in the first place I don't think I should have to pay to have it fixed as well. The lady on the phone told me that if it needed to be fixed that it would be free of course which is how it should be. Lauren was telling me that my hair was lighter after I had got it done then it was when I came in I've included a couple pictures of when I had the foils in and you can clearly see even the hair that was out of the foil was visibly lighter than any of my hair after it was done... the first time that's what I wanted my hair too look like the second picture is when it was in the foil she can clearly see my here is very light and then the five pictures after that are what I left the salon with, I can't put my hair up because I have a big gray Chunk in the back of it. Call me crazy but my hair looks absolutely nothing even remotely close to the picture I had shown her the first time!

We have a large family and all go to BlueBird for our hair and nail needs. Their stylists are very personable and do a great job! My color always turns out amazing and I get lots of compliments on the color. The kids cuts keep the boys looking fresh. My daughter feels pampered when she goes. Pedicures and nails are upstairs so those with mobility needs might have to let them know.

Google reviews don't lie... I found this salon after researching for a long time for a haircut place that is reasonably priced but professional. Leah is sweet and knows what she's doing! I showed her a couple pictures and told her what I wanted, she did great! She even gave me a wash before and styled my hair after. She's the 4th generation in her family to be in this industry. I'd go back! :)
