I don’t know a lot about makeup, but due to chemical sensitivities, I have to be extremely picky about ingredients—so finding new products isn’t easy. I drove two hours to visit Bluemercury, and it was absolutely worth it. Philicia was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping me navigate through all the clean options to find what worked for me. It took time, but I never felt rushed. Meanwhile, my 4 boys were getting a little stir-crazy, and one of the other sweet employees helped keep them entertained by letting them draw “silly football/baseball lines” on their faces with safe products—so thoughtful! Bluemercury made a potentially overwhelming experience feel relaxed and welcoming. I’m so thankful I found clean, effective makeup that works for my skin, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them online moving forward. Highly recommend if you’re ingredient-conscious and want amazing customer service to go with it!

I had such a lovely experience here today and I wanted to share my gratitude here on google for Natalie. She was so kind and knowledgeable, lead me to the products I asked for immediately. My interaction with her created trust right away. I also wanted to say thank you to Haley. She was sweet and thoughtful and got my dog a treat while we were there too. Loved meeting the team today.

rosie is great!!! helped educate me. monika not very helpful. fake friendly. pricey products. probably won’t return. UPDATED jan2025: #1 hands down-the BEST! Evangeline is amazing, bubbly, engaged, polite, hard working, professional, authentic, & personal. very helpful & kind. i saw lots of older bad reviews…but in my experience, this store & ladies hv helped me very much build my makeUp confidence. i knew nothing. my mom didn’t wear any. i only wore it for my wedding & portraits. so, one day i did a walk-in & honestly said i need help. they were so patient & slowly helped me w moisturizer, pore minimizer, then mascara…now i’m hooked & order online & in store. i don’t know how others feel-maybe training has improved. i’m thankful for the staff & store. keep up the good work!

They always have what I need and the customer service is professional and helpful without being too pushy towards sales. I gave them my budget and they respectfully showed me items within that budget. Yes they have high end items, but there are a ton in mid priced items as well. Positive experience and it’s nice that it isn’t so crowded like a department store.
