The staff was amazing, but the doctor didn’t listen to my true concern. My 9 y.o. dog has an autoimmune disease, that has been managed by many phenomenal vets since 2020, and needs to see high care to manage my normal vet can not provide. The disease with help of medication caused a large amount of skin issues, so much she needs to see a dermatologist. I feel like I wasted my time coming here due to the fact the doc has no plan to help manage her autoimmune disease and just passed the problem to another doctor. I understand seeing a dermatologist will be needed, but they are not the one to manager her autoimmune disease or write the appropriate medications for it. I would not trust bringing my pet back to see the same provider.

Blue Pearl recommended and explained the many tests my dog should have to help discover why he was so sick. They stayed in contact with me throughout all of the testing, kept a close eye on my fur baby every time they passed by him, gave a thorough rundown of all of the tests and results as well as what they meant, and a plan going forward, encouraging me to call anytime for any reason once I got my fur baby home. I am so grateful for their kindness, expertise, and care of my baby! As well as their availability to talk with me no matter how major or minor.

I’ve turned to Blue Pearl several times over the years whenever a pet emergency has come up, and every experience has been exceptional. The entire team is compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to giving pets the best care possible. What an incredible resource for pet lovers — I’m so grateful to have them close by. If I could give ten stars, I absolutely would.

Not good at all. I will never take my puppy to blue pearl again. It makes me sad when I think about what my puppy went through while in their hands. Although I blame myself for taking her there in the first place. Im just very happy and thankful that I got my puppy back and shes still alive.thank you god!

I had such a great experience at this animal hospital! The entire staff was incredibly kind and caring from start to finish. They were very thorough in explaining everything and helped me choose the best option for my dog’s health while also being mindful of my budget. I was in and out within an hour, and when I called later in the day with concerns, they patiently answered all my questions and guided me through what to do next. They even followed up a few days later to check on my pup, which meant so much to me. I’m so grateful I found them when my dog unexpectedly got sick — I can’t recommend BluePearl Pet Hospital enough! 💕🐾
