I’ve always had excellent customer service here, but this last visit was a major letdown. During my cleaning, it was extremely painful, something I’d never experienced before. Afterward, the hygienist usually has the dentist check my teeth, but this time, the dentist never came. I didn’t think much of it then. However, my gums were swollen and bleeding for days after. I was not going to leave a review, but when I called to share my concern, the receptionist made excuses, even claiming the dentist never usually checks after my cleanings, which I know isn’t true, a dentist has checked my teeth after a cleaning everytime. After that, I canceled my appointment and decided to find a new dentist.

I have the WORST dental anxiety, usually causing me to span long periods of time between cleanings and having to be sedated during the smallest procedures, but the people at Arizona Biltmore Dentistry have all been extremely understanding and patient with me. I was extremely nervous for my last cleaning, and Kayla did an AMAZING job! She was quick and efficient and was done before I could spiral into full blown anxiety. I'm now on a regular cleaning schedule and feel much more confident about my dental health. I highly recommend coming here if you're a wimp when it comes to the dentist! :)

Amazing dentist office! Super friendly and great staff, they really make you feel comfortable and at ease when going over your information/procedures needed also during the procedure itself. Best dentist I have been to ever.

I have had multiple issues with this dentist, all involving the front desk staff and billing. They are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I was charged for a routine cleaning and told it was not covered by my insurance. I explained that this didn’t sound correct, as all of my six-month cleanings have had always have been covered in the past. I was told I had to pay anyway and that I would be refunded if my insurance covered it. My insurance did cover the cleaning, yet six months later I still have not received a refund. Every time I call, I’m told that only the manager can process refunds and that she will call me back. This has happened more than five times. No one has ever called me, and no refund has been issued. On top of that, they have attempted three separate times to charge me for a procedure that I did not have done at their office. It’s also worth noting that they appear to have only five-star reviews because they offer incentives such as a trip to Disneyland in exchange for reviews. Save yourself the hassle and do not go here.

Been a patient here for years and have always had a good experience. I have a very hard time getting numb and have a lot of anxiety with dentist visits, they’ve always been creative, supportive, and understanding! Most recently, Alfredo and Dr.Grover took amazing care of me in an emergency appointment! Thanks!
