I am terrified at the dentist and when they offered me a blanket, I felt super comfortable. The assistant, Ruby, was absolutely amazing and really helped me settle in. I have a deeper cleaning in March, so that will kind of be when the real test will be. However, after speaking to Ruby and the Dr. Coles, I definitely feel like I found where I belong.

My experience at Biltmore Dental Center has been absolutely the best. As soon as I walked in the front staff (Anahi and Devyn) were welcoming, attentive and professional. Omar the hygienist was amazing and offered valuable advice that would serve me well in between my visits. Anahi was clear and concise with answering my questions about my treatment and understanding my dental benefits. I am very impressed with every aspect of my visit. If you’re looking for a place with kind and compassionate care, this is the office to go to!

I came here on two separate occasions for an extraction and deep cleaning. Both visits were so pleasant! Omar did my deep cleaning, not only was he kind and considerate but also gentle and very professional :) 100/10 recommend

I first learned about Biltmore Dental when I was having a dental emergency. I took a leap and booked a same day appointment with them. Dr. Coles was amazing! He walked me through every step of treatment and even texted to check on me after my root canal. Omar is a great hygienist. He just did my cleaning today and my teeth feel better than ever. I highly recommend!

Everyone at Biltmore Dental is exceptionally friendly, hardworking, and professional. Dr. Coles and Ruby are truly talented dental professionals who clearly care about their patients and take great pride in their work. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental treatment, and from the moment I walked in, everyone in the office was kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate. At no point did I sense even a hint of irritation or impatience with my anxiety—only understanding and reassurance. They took the time to explain everything, moved at a pace that felt safe for me, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. Because of their care and professionalism, what is usually a very stressful experience for me became manageable and even positive. I cannot recommend Dr. Coles and the entire Biltmore Dental team highly enough.
