Going to places like this with our fur babies can be very traumatic. The staff was incredibly kind and compassionate which is near the top of the list of what was important to me. The doc was probably over qualified and very easy to talk to. I felt like my baby was in good hands. The facility was spotlessly clean. It’s top notch. If I need their services again, I won’t hesitate to return. I highly recommend them.

We had to take our cat in because of an apparent stroke. The office staff were very kind and understanding. The Vet that we saw gave Tummy a thorough exam and let us know he was in a lot of pain. We decided that he needed to be euthanized, they gave him a pain medication to ease his pain and let us have time with him. We got to hold him during the process and then afterward to say goodbye. Everyone in the office was very kind and compassionate. We are very grateful.

Brought my cat in panicked in the middle of the night last night thinking he broke his tail. The staff were all nice and efficiently and calmly helped me and my lil boy. Even explained in detail different recommendations and treatment options. And one thing that stood out to me was how quick and willing they were to adapt! They said he was giving them a hard time and being quite spicy in the back and asked if they could have a Quick Look at him in the room with me. He calmed right down with me holding him and let them touch at his tail. I really appreciated how they went that extra step just to try again with him rather than righting him off as difficult. Thank you from me and scallop!

The personal was quick and prompt to respond to my dog’s needs. He was hacking, coughing and puking all day. They got him isolated immediately and diagnosed him with Kennel Cough. They were courteous and informative. My dog is doing much better. Thank you

Blue Pearl ER Animal hospital was Amazing! My dog Lucy 3 1/2 years old has idiopathic epilepsy. 13 seizures since March this year despite medications. Chelsea the ER doc was right on suggesting IV meds to get levels up quicker! I can only hope this lessens her seizure activity….Thank you Blue Pearl for a great experience during a very tragic time for Lucy and myself ♥️♥️
