The team at Blueprint have ALL of the qualities that are needed to help put on a successful event. They are detail oriented, yet also creative. They follow direction, yet also suggest improvements. They are seriously focused, yet will also bring a smile and heart to the work. We used them this year for the first time and our event is VERY unique with a very steep learning curve and Blueprint took it upon themselves to not only learn our needs, but learn the event. They asked all the right questions and showed us that they were not just interested in "putting on the event" but also want to understand what the event can and should be. And finally, whenever we ran into a roadblock, the Blueprint team had a contact and connection that could help us solve the problem.
As an association, we are always looking for new ways to engage our members with creative in-person events. Blueprint Events helped us create and execute a brand-new 1.5-day event that included hands-on labs for veterinarians, classroom speakers, trivia contests, and fun sponsor activities. Blueprint took the reigns, led the process, and became an extension of our team for this complicated event with many moving parts. Blueprint added clarity to roles and responsibilities, made sure we stayed on time and clearly communicated budget constraints, all while being fun to work with. We worked with Blueprint for an event and they were a joy to work with. They are very organized and communicative, which I really appreciated. As with most events, everything did not go as planned and some things came up last minute and they handled it all extremely well. I planned a similar event myself the year before and it was night and day how much easier everything was having dedicated event planners to assist. Also it ended up costing us less than I expected. Would definitely recommend Blueprint to anyone looking to hire event planners for your next function.
