The company is very difficult to deal with. There was a discrepancy is our confirmation regarding hotel pickup. On page one it stated they would contact us with an approximate pickup time but on page two we were directed to contact their office to confirm the pickup time. I sent two emails seeking clarification but neither were answered. We actually went to the office to confirm the time . The door was locked during business hours but eventually opened for us. After we were picked up at our hotel for the Elvis Experience tour we were taken to the office to get our tickets. The tickets set aside for us were for the Hop On Hop Off Tour, not the tour for which we were booked. After that was sorted out, we were told by the office staff and the driver we would have to do the 90 minute Hop On Hop Off tour and get off at the Graceland stop. Why??? We did not book the Elvis Experience and Memphis Hop Tour. Fortunately no other people signed up for the Hop tour so we were taken directly to Graceland. Another issue was the pickup time at Graceland. Before we left the office we were told by the office staff the pickup time at Graceland would be according to the Hop On Hop Off schedule. On our booking page it clearly stated we would have the option of getting back on the return bus at 1 PM, 3 PM, or 5:30 PM, none of which were the times the Hop On Hop Off Tour would be at Graceland. The Graceland tour itself was great but was very much overshadowed by the transportation issues. Interestingly as an aside, we had at one point sent an email with inquiries about the Hop Tour. The email was not answered either.

We had a terrible experience with our guide, Evelyn. While she did deliver a narrative, she became angry and rude with passengers who were chatting while she was talking. More importantly, she was an hour and 15 minutes late picking us up from Bass Pro shop and lied to the clerk, saying we were not at the stop when she passed at 1:12 (3 of us had been waiting since 1:05). They seem to ‘cover’ for one another and do not use GPS trackers on the bus. (So, ultimately, it was her word against ours). On a Saturday, only had one bus in operation for about 10 people, so apparently they aren’t getting much business. I understand why. I would absolutely NOT recommend.

Miss Evelyn was awesome and knowledgeable! The tour was flexible and got us everywhere we wanted to go.
