Our 19 lb dog was SAD there. Her space had a large amount of poop in it. Then, after we picked her up, she had to poop & pee many times. Was she EVER out of that box? Aaron said that per camera, she had only pooped 20 min before our arrival. But why leave her there for even 20 minits in a pile of feces??? PLUS! They blamed the dog. They accused her of yes, hiding her feces under her bed! Aaron refused us a refund. What services did Vanna really get? TRAUMATIC! UNFAIR! NEVER AGAIN!

I am so glad we found Bluff Boarding Kennel and Cattery. My cat was very happy there. I was a little concerned because of a rating from 4 years ago but we went and checked them out for ourselves. They are so kind and understanding. They took excellent care of our little fur baby. They genuinely care for animals. Highly recommend this establishment.

We love Bluff Boarding almost as much as our two dogs do! The facility is perfect and on acreage and the owners live on site! The kennels are indoor/outdoor and the outdoor is fully shaded. Staff are friendly and know my pups…they are always well cared for! They don’t allow pup mingling/group play either so you don’t have to worry about that!

They went above and beyond to make my two cats feel right at home. The staff kept me updated with photos everyday to give me peace of mind. My kitten was in heaven with all the time spent playing with the staff and receiving attention. The oldest was scared but the staff was very patient with her and made it their goal to win her over (which they did!). My babies came back just as healthy, clean, and happy as I left them. The price is very reasonable for the great care they took of my babies. Thank you all SO MUCH, for helping me have a worry free vacation! Would recommend them 100%

Took care of my two big boy .....Crixus and Toretto!! Aaron and his crew took excellent care of them! I will be going back!! For damn sure!!
