Very poor communication all around. Company never checked in or out when arriving to the job as directed. Then submitted an invoice for over $2K for troubleshooting some lights. No proof or evidence was ever submitted showing any work completed. When asked about findings for spending $2K, they still had no answers as to why lights were out. Company wanted an additional $1K to go back and break up the asphalt to look for a ossible break underground (they weren't even sure that was the cause). Lot's of guess work.

Incredibly unprofessional, do not stand by their work. Did not follow car charger manual, leading to a house fire. Found out they did not pull a permit and did not follow code, per city inspector. Ignored follow up communication.
