The tan looked natural, boosted my confidence instantly, and had me feeling great at the beach the very next day. Truly appreciate the difference she made!

I really wanted to love BlushTan, but unfortunately I was disappointed with my experience. I came in from out of town for a wedding and several events and booked an express spray tan on a Wednesday morning. I specifically mentioned that I wanted something natural looking since I’m naturally quite fair and didn’t want the tan to look too dark, especially next to my husband who is also on the fair side. I was told to rinse after 2.5 hours, which I did promptly. Despite that, the tan developed much darker than we had discussed and had a slightly orange tone. Unfortunately, despite proper tan prep and care, by Friday afternoon the tan had also started fading in a very patchy way, which is something I’ve never experienced before despite having many spray tans over the years. I did reach out to the salon via text, and they let me know that the type of fading I experienced is normal. That may be normal for their process, but it hasn’t been my experience with other spray tans in the past. They kindly offered $25 off a future visit, which I appreciated, but I don’t plan to return to BlushTan and in addition, I don’t live in the area. Overall, it was disappointing to feel a bit self conscious and embarrassed in my own skin about the tan during a trip where I had several events to attend. I truly hoped for a better result.
