Update: I've amended my review, reduced it from 5 to 4 stars, because while BMS did an excellent job on my aircon, I engaged them to try to put new aircon in my Mum's apartment and they failed to do so, and failed to communicate well. In particular I tried repeatedly to 'get past' the annoying AI assistant 'Sophie' and the human secretary (who was trying) to speak to the actual assessor, both before and after they declined to offer a quote. But my requests were repeatedly ignored. So if you engage BMS know they are technically proficient, but they can also be poor communicators. Original Review: Like many other reviewers I found BMS really professional. The quoting process was smooth: indeed, I ended up choosing them over another also highly-rated provider because BMS actually sent someone out to the house rather than try to quote from discussions over the phone and a few photos sent by me. That allowed BMS to identify, for example, that I had an unused 3-phase power line in my meter box that could be used for the aircon, allowing me to get a 3-phase aircon unit (which is a bit more efficient and should last a bit longer than the standard 1-phase units). When installation happened there was the occasional hitch, like the sparky not arriving on Day 1 because his car broke down; but he arrived first thing the next day, and BMS kept me informed about what was happening at all times. I highly recommend BMS.
