Dominique is amazing, remarkable, unexpected experience. The cut looks better than ive ever had and the massage had me feeling uplifted and relaxed could hardly stay awake when I got home. This is the only place to go if you need a stylist. Ask for Dominique, shes a Queen. Skin felt like new after the wax <i think it was wax> never had such clear clean skin Edit : even grandma said it looked good and shes a boomer! [Boomers dont like anything]

I have been going to this location weekly for over ten years, with a brief pause during Covid. Stephanie has been my stylist for the past four to five years, and I have watched her grow from an everyday stylist into the salon manager. As someone who coaches Private Service Professionals and teaches luxury service delivery, I can confidently say that Stephanie genuinely cares about every client who walks through the door. She is attentive, professional, and consistently ensures her team delivers service that meets the same high standards I set for Estate Managers and Butlers. However, while that matters, it is not what inspired me to write this review. This week, I was on a panel presenting on collection management and asset stewardship in ultra high net worth residences. At the conclusion of the event, one audience member, someone squarely within my target audience and important to impress, made a point of seeking me out as she was leaving. She stopped me to compliment my hair. It was a rare moment of being genuinely caught off guard. I expected a “great job” or a “let’s connect,” but instead she said, “I’m so sorry to interrupt, but I just have to tell you that I love your hair!” Reading some of the negative reviews honestly makes me chuckle. They read less like thoughtful feedback and more like tantrums, and they should not be sitting at the top of this list or shaping perceptions of the business. Yes, mistakes have happened with my appointments. I have arrived for a standing appointment only to find that I was not on the schedule. And no, this is not the cheapest cut in town. But the annual memberships are worth it to me, and a 98 percent success rate over more than a decade would be considered exceptional in almost any other industry. A little grace and understanding go a long way. Perfection is an unachievable dream, but excellence is a meaningful and realistic goal.

Don't go to this location... I've been going to The Boardroom for years and years. Scheduled an appointment for today at 1145, didn't pick a stylist just a time that fit my schedule. They decided to cancel my appt, with no call or text. And couldn't fit me in until 615p. They will absolutely charge you for missing your appt, but nothing for my wasted time of going up there for my Scheduled appointment
