Had a group event here, rented the pavilion, some people brought their own paddle boards and a few rented from here. We tried to launch from this beach as one group but the guy working the boat rental said it’s ‘policy’ that we cannot launch privately owned paddle boards from there with everyone else who rented. Made us carry our boards to the boat launch to get in. It’s a public area, I should have just walked by and disregard the worker. You think you would launch where all the other ones are lined up on the beach. Anyway, nothing bad to say about the rentals they worked fine, just the dumb policy if you bring you own.
