On the day I visited Epping branch the staff had changed, however the techs who worked on my car were quite patient with me as I am very fussy. A great job done very happy, thanks to all the staff who assisted me. I’ve always found the team at Epping branch to be friendly and helpful.

The wait area is very spacious and has a drinks station containing free bottle water and DIY coffee. Fully air conditioned room which was great on this 30 degree day. Fitted one new tyre and took just over 30 mins which was super quick. People here are very professional, polite and friendly to say hi. My one only complaint is there phone system; if you get through it’s great, otherwise you are redirected to their head office and the wait time gets out of hand only to be told that they cannot help you and they just hang up. This needs to be sorted.

He took the time to understand my tyre needs, explained all the options clearly, and made sure I chose the best tyres for my car and driving style. Excellent service! I was stranded in the city after discovering that not only did my vehicle not have a spare, that the closest tyre that would fit my vehicle was in Brisbane. Before their actual opening time of 8am they had already spoken to me, located a tyre interstate and organised for it to be express shipped and then they had it fitted and ready to go all before lunch!

10/10 Jason and the staff we're absolutely fantastic!.... Very accommodating to my short notice concern and was able to check my tire so I felt safe. Will definitely be going back! They have great facilities as well. A toilet for customers and coffee and water while you wait.
