Had a bit of a wait for my tyre replacement at Bob Jane T-Marts, but Peter really helped out and made sure everything was taken care of. The team provided great service, and I also received a good discount on the final bill. Really appreciate everyone’s efforts , thanks team! I’ll definitely be recommending the Port Melbourne store.

With a puncture needing attention l headed down to Bob Jane Port Melbourne on a friend's recommendation , l was impressed. A very professional run business, with great customer service, accurate completion times and comfortable wating area. Just simply outstanding in every respect. I dropped in a few days ago to look at options for new wheels for my car. I met with Joshua, the assistant manager. I was impressed with his care, attention to detail and commitment to sourcing exactly what I wanted. The work was done yesterday by Brent - two young energetic guys in a team of professional staff highly focused on providing excellent customer service. Thank you so much.
