Extremely disappointed. I have actually shopped here for years, being one of my first "go-to" places for cute gifts. I went in today to find something cute for my daughter's birthday. I purchased a candle priced as $24.99 and also had a 20% off card I had actually received for my birthday last week. When I got home I looked at the receipt and realized that the woman charged me $29.99 and had scratched the price sticker off the bottom of the candle. So even with the discount I still ended up paying nearly the same as the original amount. I called to speak with a manager and the younger girl that answered put me on hold and then the same younger girl got back on the line. She said I could take it back in and they would give me the difference. The point isn't that I get my $4-$6 returned. I was going to purchase the candle no matter how much it was. I am just completely dumbfounded that she did that. And will probably not shop there again. Which is really unfortunate because like I said, I have been going there for a very long time, along with my mother, daughter & sister as well.
