I had a great experience at this store. I always question when I see people claiming businesses to be racist, and I’m glad I questioned Bobbi’s. I went in dirty after a long day at work and no one followed me around or questioned my purchase as I’ve seen in other reviews. I’ve always believed you perceive this world how you perceive yourself which is probably why I loved it in there! It’s just before Christmas and they were very busy but were able to help me find a gift and a card for my wife. Their selection of Christmas was almost overwhelming. All in all I will be going back again and will be telling all my friends how great my experience was in there!

Went as a family here to buy some Christmas stuff... lady was following my mom around as she was browsing and when we paid for our stuff the lady in front watched us walk out and asked my kids if they paid for the things they were holding... she didn't ask anyone else as they were walking out and no one else was being followed just us... we were the only Hispanic family who was in there only person who was nice was the sweets lady in the back everyone else was watching us and following us around

Walked by at least 4 different associates, not one asked if I needed help. I went because it said they had something in stock online, and I was hoping they would help me find it. Didn't find it, even though I looked throughout the whole store, and twice where it should have been. Left very disappointed, and won't be shopping there again.

Great assortment and variety. Wish they would allow customers to use their restroom.

Went to buy a Thank You card for my boss for giving me the time off I needed. I really do appreciate how awesome he was in helping me.
