I had a great experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture in NE Philly. Demetrius was my salesperson and he was very helpful, patient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I purchased two mattresses and a bunk bed, and everything was explained clearly with no pressure. The manager also took the time to walk me through the mattress warranty in detail, which I really appreciated. They made sure I understood exactly what was covered and answered all my questions. Overall, the customer service was excellent and I felt confident with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this location and Demetrius to anyone shopping for furniture.

If you need furniture and are ever in the Northeast Philadelphia location, ask for Ahmere. He is knowledgeable and capable of addressing how Bob's can meet your needs. I came in looking for a living room set and not only did he walk me through the store looking at different sets, he encouraged me to look at their selections online. He literally answered every question without hesitation and had the confidence I needed to hear to enable me to make a major purchase. He walked me through the furniture removal process and the White Glove service, and the available Goof Proof furniture warranty. Do I recommend shopping at Bob's? Yes, I do. Without a doubt. Make it your only stop.

From the moment we walked in, the experience at Bob's was great! The store layout made it easy to browse, the customer service was friendly and helpful, and setting up delivery was quick and simple. Overall. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. I'll definitely be shopping here again. BTW they have free ice cream so if you go with little ones, that will help keep them out the way lol

I had the BEST shopping experience at Bob’s Discount thanks to the amazing staff! My sales rep Greg was OUTSTANDING — he took his time walking me through all of my options for both bedroom and living room furniture. He was patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and offered excellent recommendations that matched exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, Cheryl (who I met during checkout) was also wonderful! She went above and beyond to help me get a higher credit line increase, which gave me the flexibility to select even more options I truly loved. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and this has honestly been the best experience I’ve ever had shopping at Bob’s. Thank you, Greg and Cheryl, for making this such a smooth and enjoyable process — I’ll definitely be back!
