I had a great time purchasing my first couch from Larry at this location! He was very welcoming and helpful when showing me around the store while I was figuring out what I wanted! Overall, excellent customer service and would recommend coming here, be sure to ask for Larry!

When a component failed 10 days after our warranty expired on our duel electric recliner, we went to the store to order the part. They gave us the number to Customer service. We called customer service. We just wanted to order the part. They asked a lot of questions, were hard to understand and made us repeat numbers again and again. Finally we were given a text number to use with another person. After asking a lot of the same questions, they told us it could take up to 3 months to get the part and cost about $90. My husband told them he'd call them back, if we decided to order. After more research, we found the exact part for $40, and would receive it within 15 days. The next morning we received a text that Bob's was ready to order the part. We won't be doing business with Bob's again.

Great experience from start to finish. The in-store buying process was easy and stress-free — super friendly staff, helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. The delivery team was amazing. They were careful, thoughtful, and very respectful of my space. They unboxed the couch in the hallway to avoid a mess, removed their shoes before coming in, and assembled everything quickly and perfectly. Both were kind, professional, and honestly just a pleasure to have in my home. Would absolutely recommend Bob’s Discount Furniture!

We had a good customer service experience in the store, friendly and informative without being pushy. Communication after the sale has been good so far. My only complaint is that there's a separate delivery charge on top of the item's purchase price. And while I get that if you're buying a whole room or house of furniture having "delivery" be an extra, separate line item makes sense, it breaks down when you are only buying one piece. Especially when you are buying just one piece that fits in the back of your own van (and no will-call option was offered).

The ABSOLUTE BEST experience I've ever had purchasing anything from a showroom. Aaron could not have been a more skilled and talented salesperson. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being obtrusive. And his manager made things so easy as well! I will go back to Bob's to again and again for furniture, and will highly recommend it to others.
