Honestly, the price tag does not match the experience here. When I think of a spa, I think of a luxury retreat, but Woodhouse felt more like a clinical waiting room with the lights dimmed. The experience began in a "quiet room" that was very underwhelming. The snack options were just oranges and Oreos; for a premium price point, I expected actual spa refreshments or a relaxing drink like a mimosa. What was most disappointing was the "nickeling and diming." Despite the high cost, I still had to pay extra for basic enhancements like aromatherapy oils and hot stones. I’ve been to much more affordable places where these upgrades are standard and included in the price. The massage itself was decent, but I didn't feel the relief I expected for $500. I’ve had $60 deep tissue treatments that were more effective at releasing tension and clearing my sinuses. I opted for a shower afterward, but it was basic—no luxury-scented products or premium finishes. A true luxury spa should offer more than just a room and a robe. I expected soaking tubs, a sauna, or a steam shower to complete the experience. Instead, this was just an overpriced massage in a setting that lacked any real luxury feel or value.

Always a great experience. Tried the meditative mood soak and my therapist was Val. First time in a long time I actually was RELAXED.
